Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services and products offered through Mr. Metaphysical Health and Wellness, Inc. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any service or product.

Counseling Services

Cancellation and refund policies for individual counseling sessions are governed by the specific terms outlined in your intake agreement and informed consent documentation. The following general principles apply:

• Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without financial consequence.
• Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or sessions missed without notice, may be billed at the full session rate at the discretion of the provider.
• Prepaid Sessions: Prepaid counseling sessions not yet utilized are subject to refund review on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly.
• Specific Policy: The cancellation and refund policy applicable to your individual counseling services will be detailed in your intake agreement. The terms of that agreement govern in all cases.

Digital Products and Educational Materials

Digital products, downloadable materials, online educational content, and similar resources are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This policy reflects the nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned once delivered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you have purchased, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Group Programs

The following terms apply to participation in support groups and group programs:

• Before Program Begins: Partial refunds may be available for participants who withdraw from a group program before the program’s start date, subject to an administrative processing fee. Please inquire at the time of enrollment.
• After Participation Begins: No refunds will be issued for group program fees once participation in the group has commenced. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the group process and to honor the commitment participants make to one another.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or to inquire about your eligibility, please contact us at admin@mrmetaphysical.io with your name, the service or product in question, and a brief description of your request. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

Changes to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
